Come sample, sip and enjoy the pure Mendocino vibe at the 35th Annual Wine Competition Grand Tasting and Farm to Table dinner being held at Jeriko Estates in Hopland, CA.

 Mendocino Agricultural Families’ Scholarship Fund (Winegrowers’ Scholarship Fund)

The Mendocino Winegrowers Alliance and the Savings Bank of Mendocino County partnered in creating this fund to recognize the invaluable contributions of the agricultural workforce and to invest in the future of the Mendocino County agricultural industry.  This scholarship is awarded to Mendocino County high school seniors who are children of agricultural workers and have interest in attending vocational schools, community colleges or a four-year colleges or universities.  Awardees are selected for their potential for academic success, their community and/or extracurricular involvement, and their financial need.

Mendocino College Culinary Arts Management Program

The Mendocino College Culinary Arts Management prepares students for careers as chefs, restaurant managers or caterers. The Philosophy of Nicholas Petti, creator of Mendo Bistro in Mendocino, is to create dishes that use local organic foods as a way to highlight the region and increase tourism to the area. As part of Mendocino College, the Culinary Arts Management Program  enjoys the support of the agriculture department, which supplies fresh produce throughout the year. Students can also take advantage of classes in nutrition, business and wine tasting as they prepare to enter the workforce.

Tickets for the Grand Tasting & Farm-to-Table dinner are $75/person

With Mendocino County only a short drive from San Francisco and Sacramento, this event will sell out!  This vibrant and fun filled event will offer an array of opportunities to meet new people, stimulate your senses, explore the region and taste award winning wine and enjoy a locally harvested dinner.
